Our Services
AEECO
 Energy Projects  Developer
AEECO  develops Sudan's energy infrastructure as lead sponsor and project developer, structuring generation and transmission initiatives from concept through financial close. The company         led feasibility studies and secured government approvals for Klanayeeb's 304 MW thermal plant,  and serves as primary developer of Garri 3 under      an IPP model, negotiating PPAs and financing agreements. AEECO's development pipeline        spans thermal, solar, wind, and  transmission projects across Sudan's reconstruction market.

AEECO
Projects EPC
AEECO delivers EPC services across Sudan's power and infrastructure sector, managing procurement, construction, and contractor oversight from groundbreaking through commissioning. The company oversees EPC execution on projects like Garri 3, coordinating international partners including Siemens and SEMI while providing local crews and Port Sudan logistics. AEECO's construction division has also delivered high-voltage transformers, substations, and industrial facilities, ensuring integrated, accountable delivery across every phase of execution.

AEECO

AEECO manages  Sudan's  energy and  infrastructure projects across the full lifecycle,  coordinating feasibility studies, financing,   engineering, procurement, and construction through to operations. As   lead   developer on projects like Garri 3 and Klanayeeb, AEECO structures     agreements, negotiates PPAs, and oversees EPC      contractors on behalf of project owners. Combining      international best practices with deep   local knowledge,   the team ensures accountability, coordination, and delivery despite Sudan's challenging operating environment.

AEECO
Independent Power Producer
AEECO operates as an Independent Power Producer across Sudan's generation sector, developing, financing, and owning power assets under long-term power purchase agreements. As primary developer and sponsor of the Garri 3 combined-cycle plant, AEECO structures project financing, negotiates PPAs, and co-owns the facility alongside the public sector under an IPPA model. Combining private capital and international technology partners with local execution to strengthen Sudan's domestic electricity supply.

AEECO
Electricity Equipments Supplier
AEECO' supplies electricity equipment across Sudan's power infrastructure, delivering high-voltage transformers, substations, and switchgear through its construction division as part of integrated power-plant-to-plug solutions. Planned facilities, including a transformer repair workshop and a concrete-and-steel poles factory, would localize equipment supply for national transmission and distribution rollout. Partnerships with international manufacturers strengthen technical sourcing, reducing import lead-times while supporting Sudan's grid restoration and reconstruction programs.
AEECO
Energy & Electricity Equipment Manufacturer
AEECO'  is advancing energy and electricity equipment manufacturing in Sudan through two proposed facilities: a transformer repair workshop for 20–100 MVA units and a high-capacity poles and towers factory producing concrete and steel structures. These plants would localize                  supply for national transmission and distribution projects, reducing import costs and lead-times.               Built on partnerships with international technology  firms, AEECO positions local manufacturing as a cornerstone of Sudan's grid reconstruction.
